Foodservice
The Topco Foodservice program is focused on servicing members’ delis, prepared food departments, commissaries, foodservice distributors and traditional foodservice operators. Foodservice quality products are the cornerstone of chef-inspired product offerings, which provide value and quality meals to all segments / channels.  

Many foodservice products are manufactured by current Topco partners and can be leveraged with retail volume to drive product cost savings. Topco’s in-depth product and channel knowledge offers members and customers insights to generate savings.  

Topco can be an extension of the member’s foodservice and commissary procurement teams. Tactical turnkey programs include:

  • Breaded frozen vegetable appetizers
  • Shortening and oil
  • Fresh and frozen protein offerings
  • Dairy products custom designed for specific product application
  • Complete portion control condiment and dressing program

In addition to providing turnkey product programs, Topco also assists members and customers through its Aggregated Foodservice Distribution Initiative. This sourcing initiative helps provide savings to members on their overall cost of goods for foodservice items.
